All tops and bottoms are sold separately. Glimmer Swimwear believes in offering flexibility, which is why we sell our swimwear tops and bottoms separately. This allows you to mix and match sizes and styles to create your perfect fit. You will need to add both a top and a bottom to your cart to complete a set.
Yes. Our bra-sized tops are designed to run very true to standard US bra sizing. So, if you typically wear a 36DD bra, you should order the 36DD swim top. If you are unsure about your bra size, please refer to the size chart on each product page to find your measurements.
Each of our swimwear collections is crafted from different fabrics and materials. Even if a color like ‘black’ appears similar on the website, the unique fabrication of each piece can cause the shades to vary slightly. Therefore, solid colors from different collections are not guaranteed to be an exact match.
Orders
Due to the nature of our processing system, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. This includes adding or removing items, changing sizes, or altering the shipping address. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If there is an issue with your order, such as a payment problem or a suspected fraudulent charge, we will contact you via email to resolve it.
Shipments
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey.
All orders are shipped from within the United States. The delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout and your location.
Returns/Exchanges
You can initiate a return by clicking the returns link at the bottom of our website. You don’t need to log in to start the process; simply enter your order number and the email address used to place the order, and your eligible items will be displayed. Note: If you had multiple items in your order, you may need to scroll to see all products.
When you’re ready to return an item, you are welcome to use any shipping method you prefer. We strongly recommend using a traceable method that provides a tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Once your return is received and processed at our facility, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
An exchange is processed as a new order with its own shipment date. If you later decide to return an exchanged item for a refund, the refund amount will be based on the price from the original order once the return is received.
